Netbook Reflection 2013

*How has having a netbook connected to the internet helped my learning this year?

It has helped me to find new ways to get my work done and to help me with my family and that

I know how to use a netbook.

*I have learned from my teacher Mrs Miller how to improve in my reading using a website called kiwi kids news . It has helped me to understand the text in my reading.

* I have learnt to find new ways to search up information for my learning this year.

*I have learnt from a friend how to find out information because it helps me to read and so I understand the text.

*I have learnt from my family how to search up maths games so I can improve in my maths

* I have helped my friends to understand the text during writing and reading so they improve in their writing and reading.

* My Netbook has helped me with my learning. My Netbook has helped me by getting to things a lot faster so that I can complete my class tasks on time.

Watercare

On Monday we had Sally from Watercare talk about water and how water is recycled.
After Sally was done talking to us she said that we would be creating an experiment .
We had to get into a group of 4 and had to mix salt with fresh water into 3 cups.When we were done we had to put food colouring in the 3 cups and 1 with nothing in it. Sally said that number 1 could go first so I grabbed a tube and dropped it into the yellow colour then to the red and last the blue I learnt that salt water is dense and if you were to got in the sea you would float but in fresh water you would sink.

Maths TIme

Today I learnt to tell time on an analogue and a digital clock by using the time activity's that Mrs Miler set up for the classroom.

Party Time

To the left and the right : Alazay,Liantre,Deziree and Juanita some of the students from Panmure
Bridge School having the time of their lives.

 On Saturday the 9th of November 2013 11-1.30pm at Panmure Bridge School there was a huge party held by the C3 church and managed by a lady named Jackie. Everyone was chatting and meeting other families from P.B.S. The reason why they had this party was that their principal Mr Johnston just wanted the kids to have a fun time. “This party is awesome because everything is FREE!!” said one of the students from panmure Bridge school. there were lots of performances performed and there were lots of food.There were pro wrestlers,Mr Whippy,pamper room for the mothers,hot chocolates, and heaps of fun. Its good to know that they had fun.

The mortal instruments city of bones

Last week my mum sister cousin and I went to the movies and we watched the mortal instruments city of bones . The movie is about a girl named Clary going in to the city of bones to save her mum form the demons. Clary is a shadow hunter who kills the demons. It was so awesome I would love to watch it again.

The smurfs 2

Today My sister ,cousin ,Liantre and I went to the movies we went and seen smurfs 2 it was really awesome.All of us loved it  was so funny and we ended up enjoying the rest of our day.
